  • Become a customer

    • How to become a reseller?

      In order to purchase from our wholesale you need to register your company first. Please complete the registration form here.

      Your registration will be reviewed and your details checked. You will receive an automated e-mail message after your account has been verified and activated. You will now be able to log in and start purchasing from our online wholesale.

      We will contact you in case we can’t verify and activate your account due to missing information.

  • Product information

    • Are the specifications exact?

      We try to give information displayed as accurately as possible regarding colours, measurements, size, weight and any other information. This information is purely for indication, as a small margin of difference is possible. This margin of difference is not considered to be a valid return reason, you cannot derive any rights from/on this information.

    • What materials do you use?

      CurvyFashionUSA offers a collection with a wide range of natural and synthetic fabric materials. All of our materials are highly innovative and developed by our suppliers to fit the demands of the curvy woman. Comfort and feel are of a high level!

  • Online Orders

    • Is there a minimum quantity order?

      NO! You can order as little or as much as you like, we value every customers!

    • Special / Custom-made order?

      Our internal design and production gives us the possibilities to produce your special requests. If you have a special / custom-made order that can't be processed through our online wholesale platform, please send us an e-mail to sales@curvyfashionusa.com

  • Payment

    • What are the payment options?

      We offer secure payment methods such as:

      - Mastercard
      - Paypal

  • Technical Support

    • You can't register?

      Please send us an e-mail to support@curvyfashionusa.com with your company or personal contact information so that we can manually create an account for you.

    • You have registered but can't log in?

      Your account has not been activated yet. This means that your application is still being processed and it might be that some of your business information and/or documentation is missing.

  • Delivery

    • What is the delivery time?

      Items that are in stock within 5 working days after confirmation of your order.
      Items that are custom made and must be manufactured will be delivered within 12 working days.

    • What are the delivery charges?

      Shipping charges are according to UPS rates.

    • How are the items packed?

      Your order will be packed including clothinghangers in carton boxes.

  • Return policy

    1. Check, upon receiving, all the items you ordered.

    2. In case you notice any visible defects, damages, or discrepancies in color, quantity, size or models, please e-mail us within 24 h at sales@curvyfashionusa.com, with an explanation, mentioning your invoice and customer numbers.

    3. Your request will be handled through our customer service, you will be contacted by e-mail about the process.
